We provide you with an annual written Whole House Inspection Report with recommended maintenance, general up-keep and necessary repairs and/or improvements to include replacement of personal property items.

We will make suggestions for increasing your Villa’s rental income based off our very detailed and complex annual analysis.

Whole House Inspection Examples:

We may recommend replacing items of personal property that are starting to look shabby (i.e.: Bath Towels, New Bed Spreads, kitchen-ware or maybe even a New Sofa). We will then search and locate the best replacements based on availability and costs for you to make the best decision. Upon your approval, we will then take care of purchasing these items and placing them into your Villa.

Or…

We might see a window that appears to be leaking; or some dry-rot and paint peeling on the exterior of your home and recommend that you replace the window, then repair the dry rot area and repaint as needed.

The best part of our service is: we will assist in obtaining all the necessary bids and costs, we will review those bids, and offer our suggestions based from our own experiential knowledge. Once you have made your decision and/or choices, our services include project management to oversee the sub-contractors for all replacement and repair work…leaving you free from the worry, hassle and time involved it takes to do so yourself.
